About Me…

Hi, I’m Steph! I’ve been living full-time in my self-converted Sprinter van since August 2021, and one of my greatest passions is proving that healthy, delicious food can be made anywhere—even in a tiny kitchen on wheels.

Cooking has always been a huge part of my life, and I love experimenting with flavors, ingredients, and techniques. Whether I’m whipping up a quick, protein-packed meal in my van or exploring unique grocery stores and fresh markets in new cities, food is at the heart of my journey. I believe that eating well doesn’t have to be complicated—just simple, fresh ingredients and a little creativity.

My van kitchen may be small, but that hasn’t stopped me from making everything from high protein meals to crispy air-fried veggies and vibrant, homemade pickled onions. Cooking in a tiny space has taught me to get creative, stay organized, and make every ingredient count.
